Interview process:
1. Identika LLC will review
your qualifications and experience.
2. If we believe there is an interest in further
discussing your qualifications, an Identika representative will contact
you to schedule a phone interview.
3. After the initial phone screening you may be
invited to further phone or face-to-face interviews. During those
interviews we may use one or more of the following interview techniques:
- Analytical interview: This
type of interview is used to understand your thought process.
- Behavioral interview: Based
mainly on questions and answers based on real examples of your
experience (or even role-playing) used to determine how compatible
you are with our company culture and to learn more about your
experience.
- Case interview: From time to
time we may use this type of interview to determine, among other
things, your ability to work with teams, your thought and creative
processes, professionalism, ability to solve problems, etc. (visit

- For job opportunities outside the United states
that require proficiency in the local language we may conduct
bilingual interviews (English and Spanish).
- Topgrading: It includes basic questions and follow up questions) about every full time job of the candidate, revealing details about every success, every failure, every key decision, and every important relationship. The Topgrading Interview produces clear patterns of how the person evolved across dozens of competencies.
4. We will ask you to provide two or more professional
references.
5. If there is an interest for your services Identika
will make you a job offer. If there are no immediate opportunities
we will keep your information in our database and we will give priority
to your hiring should a job opportunity become available (in some
cases we may make you an offer regardless of the availability of
